Prior to founding Trinity HR in 2019, Janell was the Vice President of HR within the Aviation sector, where she implemented people strategy, managed large organisational change programmes and coached managers to become more effective leaders. With nearly 25 years’ experience in HR, Janell has worked at both operational and strategic levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality and Services industries. Janell is a Mental Health First Aider, SDI Core Strengths, Hogan Psychometric and Motivational Maps Practitioner. She has extensive experience in dealing with both day-to-day HR matters through to complex employment issues, within a broad range of organisations. Janell understands the importance of listening to the needs of her Clients and in providing simple, practical and commercial advice. Her Clients regularly commend her for being able to quickly understand their concerns and then providing calm, considered and pragmatic advice.

Dawn is a proactive HR professional with more than 14 years’ experience in supporting businesses to care for and manage their people. With a background in business strategy, Dawn brings a practical business perspective and is a proven Business Partner to all levels of the organisation. Having lead the HR element of multiple large and small scale organisational change programmes, Dawn partners with you to ensure that all options are explored and the best solution is implemented. During the change process, Dawn supports and coaches your Managers to ensure they are confident to lead associated people processes that enhance positive team environments. A key passion of Dawn’s is Compensation and Benefits. Dawn regularly advises Clients on salary structures and variable pay and benefits. Her keen eye and attention to detail will ensure that your practices reflect your culture, the needs of your business and are legally compliant. From reviewing policies and procedures, terms and conditions, advising on absence management challenges or undertaking tricky employee investigations, Dawn will ensure that her support reflects both the needs of the business and those of your employees.
