Just be yourself.

There are times when we have all felt we don’t completely fit somewhere -like we don’t quite belong. It can leave us feeling that the person we are is not enough, and that it would be better to try and act as someone else.

It’s human nature for us to compare what we see in somebody else, especially when we might be having a hard time. Afterall, we spend every second of our time in our own heads.

But what we forget is that what we see of other people, is what they want to present to the world.

We can be our biggest cheerleaders — or our biggest critics. And the difference between the two options matter. Believing in ourselves is crucial for our health, wellbeing and success.

Stop putting yourself in a box, giving yourself labels or titles that society assigns. What YOU think about yourself matters. It really matters.

There are more than 8 billion unique people on the planet -each with their own DNA, fingerprints and view of the world.

Think about it, attempting to be perfect is the epitome of insanity. We are all designed to be perfectly imperfect.

In the words of Dr Seuss: “Today you are you, that’s truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you”.
